  • 150 gr small white mushrooms
  • 400 gr salmon fillet 2 pieces
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • White pepper
  • Olive oil
For the Glazed
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon juice
  1. Preheat the oven to 220ºC
  2. Mix the lemon with the honey. In a small pan over medium heat, pour a little bit of olive oil and add the garlic cloves chopped. Cook it for a couple minutes and then add the honey and lemon mix and stir for 5 minutes until the glaze is done.
  3. In a big oven pan put the salmon fillets seasoned with white pepper, thyme and salt.
  4. Add the mushrooms around the salmon.
  5. With a brush cover the salmon and the mushrooms with ½ of the glaze. Take the pan to the oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Brush the salmon with the rest of the glaze and take it to the oven in broil mode for 10 minutes.
