Creamy, dense and delicious torta de auyama.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF)
Cut the pumkin into cubes. Boil them until they are soft and you can remove the peel easily. Let it cool.
Smash the cooked pumpkin and mix with the condensed milk.
Add the eggs, sugar, salt, melted butter and cinnamon, and mix well.
Slowly add the flour with the baking powder
Pour the mix into a buttered cake pan and take to the oven for 40 minutes.
