Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp melted salted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup self-rising flour
  • ½ cup oats
Instructions
  1. Mash the bananas and add the cinnamon.
  2. In a bowl, add the melted butter, the eggs, the milk, the honey and the vanilla and mix well.
  3. Mix the baking soda, the salt, the self-raising flour and oats.

  4. Pour the bananas into the bowl and mix well.
  5. Add the flour with the oats into the batter and mix.
  6. Cook the pancakes adding ¼ cup of batter in a nonstick pan.
