Piña Colada Chia Pudding

This chia pudding is so easy and so quick to make that soon it will become the perfect healthy breakfast on the go.

  • ½ cup pineapple cut into dices
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp sweetener Note 1
  1. Mix the coconut milk, the sweetener, and the chia seed. Let it rest overnight.
  2. In a glass, add a base of chia pudding, then some chopped pineapple and repeat the process.
Recipe Notes
  1. I highly suggest using any sweetener in liquid forms like Splenda drops or even honey.
