The easiest and yummiest lemon chicken thighs for lazy weeknight
dinners. Only 5 ingredients (plus salt and black pepper) and in less
than 20 minutes!

Servings: 3 people
  • 4-6 chicken thighs
  • 2 lemons
  • ½ tbsp salted butter
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Garlic powder
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  1. In a big pan, melt the butter and cook the seasoned (garlic powder, salt, and pepper) chicken thighs skin down.
  2. When the chicken is golden add the chicken broth, the heavy cream and cook for 10 minutes in low heat.
  3. Add the lemon juice and cook for a couple minutes.
