  • 50 gr bacon
  • 200 gr cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 100 gr sweet corn
  • 3 tbsp fresh spring onions chopped
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. Cook the bacon in a nonstick pan until it’s slightly brown.
  2. Add the corn and the spring onions. Cook for a couple minutes.
  3. Add the cream cheese, mix and take it out of the stove.
  4. Finally, add the mayonnaise and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until everything is well integrated. Sprinkle some fresh chopped spring onions. Serve with some crackers.
