Delicious finger licking oven-baked honey and sriracha pork ribs. Every piece of tender meat releases so easily from the bone. This recipe gives me the perfect pork ribs every time.
Course: Main Course
Servings: 4 people
  • 600 gr pork ribs
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Sesame seeds
Honey and Sriracha sauce
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  1. Preheat the oven to 175C (347 F)
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and heat in a pan over medium heat for a couple minutes until it’s thick like a glaze.
  3. Season the ribs with salt, oregano, black pepper and garlic powder.
  4. With a brush, cover the ribs with the glaze and take it to the oven for 10 minutes. After that, flip the ribs and brush again with glaze. Repeat this process 3-4 times. (note 1).
  5. After the ribs are fully cooked add the rest of the glaze (note 2). Place the ribs bones arched up and put it in the oven for 5 minutes in broil mode and up the temperature to 200 C (392 F).
  6. Cut the ribs and top with some sesame seeds.
Recipe Notes
  1. This time will vary according to the thickness of your ribs. For 600 gr of ribs, the minimum amount of time for cooking should be 30 minutes and the maximum 40 minutes.
  2. Use the liquid that remains in the bottom of the sheet pan. Here is where the real flavor is. This is a mix of the pork flavor and the glaze. Brush this over the meat before putting the pork in broil mode. This gives that glossy and sticky finish.
