  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup brewed coffee (cold and strong)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar (or stevia)
  • Crushed peanuts (optional)
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed for 5 minutes until you get a smooth result.
  2. You can top with some crushed peanuts.
