Ingredients
  • 10 garlic cloves
  • 1 medium size ginger root
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp water
Instructions
First method:
  1. Clean the ginger root thoroughly --- because we are going to use the skin and you don't want any dirt.
  2. Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until you get a paste-like consistency.
  3. Store in a glass jar with a lid and save it in the fridge.
Second method:
  1. Grate the ginger root.
  2. With the help of a garlic press, mince the garlic.
  3. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well until you get a paste.
  4. Store in a glass jar with a lid and save it in the fridge.
