Salt and pepper to taste

Heat a big pan over medium heat. Cook the meat until is no longer pink (about 5 - 7 minutes).

Set aside the meat and toss the sesame oil and the garlic cloves minced. Cook for 1 minute until it’s fragrant and remove along with the meat.

Toss the coleslaw mix and season with vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until the cabbage is wilted.
