Season the steaks with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. You can pound the meat if you want it extra tender.

In a deep plate mix the flour, thyme, and oregano.

In another deep plate beat the egg lightly and add the Worcestershire sauce.

Cover the steaks in flour, then dip it in beaten egg, and finally coat it with bread crumbs. Make sure there are no spaces without coating.
