garlic cloves minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF)
Clean the broccolini thoroughly.
In a bowl, mix the broccoli, grated parmesan, minced garlic, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Mix it with your hands to ensure that each broccolini is well-coated.
Take the broccolini to a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
