This Smoothie is the perfect energy booster after a long workout.

  • 15 frozen strawberry
  • 1 banana
  • 1/ cup of almond milk
  • 100 gr unsweetened greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp your preference sweetener even honey
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  1. Add all the ingredients except the chia seeds to the blender and blend in high speed.
  2. When the smoothie is ready add the chia seed and stir with a spoon.
Recipe Notes

Put first the almond milk and the Greek yogurt into the blender. Adding the liquid ingredients first helps your blender have an easier job. If you use the blender to process the chia seed the latter will break and you will lose the jelly properties of the chia.
