Avocado Cream “Guasacaca”

This creamy piece of heaven is the Venezuelan version of guacamole. They look similar, but they are not!

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar.
  • 1 lime juice
  • ¼ cup of coriander
  • 1 garlic clove

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend them in high speed for 5 minutes.
