Ingredients

  • 2 medium-size sweet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF (180ºC)
  • Clean the sweet potatoes thoroughly under running water.
  • Cut ½ inch thick slices widthwise.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • Rub the slices to season them evenly. Take to the oven for 45-55 minutes.
