- 2 medium-size sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Preheat the oven to 350ºF (180ºC)
Clean the sweet potatoes thoroughly under running water.
Cut ½ inch thick slices widthwise.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the slices to season them evenly. Take to the oven for 45-55 minutes.
