Mash the bananas and add the cinnamon.
In a bowl, add the melted butter, the eggs, the milk, the honey and the vanilla and mix well.
Mix the baking soda, the salt, the self-raising flour and oats.
Pour the bananas into the bowl and mix well.
Add the flour with the oats into the batter and mix.
Cook the pancakes adding ¼ cup of batter in a nonstick pan.
