Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp melted salted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup self-rising flour
  • ½ cup oats

Instructions

  • Mash the bananas and add the cinnamon.
  • In a bowl, add the melted butter, the eggs, the milk, the honey and the vanilla and mix well.
  • Mix the baking soda, the salt, the self-raising flour and oats.
  • Pour the bananas into the bowl and mix well.
  • Add the flour with the oats into the batter and mix.
  • Cook the pancakes adding ¼ cup of batter in a nonstick pan.
