Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 banana
  • cup self-raising flour
  • 2 tbsp sweetener (I use stevia)
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Pour all the ingredients into the blender and blend in high speed until you get a homogeneous batter.
  • Make your pancakes in a nonstick pan (you can add a bit of coconut oil if needed)
  • Serve with some fruit and honey.
