Preheat the oven to 180ºC (360ºF)

Beat the softened butter with the sugar until a creamy and lighter paste is formed.

Add the egg, the honey, the cinnamon, the lime zest and mix.

Mix the baking powder and the flour. Toss the powder mix into the batter and mix well.

In a flat surface add some flour and extend the dough. With a cookie cutter (any form you like) shape the cookies. Place them on a baking sheet and take it to the oven for 10 minutes or until the cookies are slightly brown.
