Milanesa de pollo recipe

- 2 chicken breast butterflied
- ½ cup milk
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 egg
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp dry oregano
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- Oil to fry
Soak the chicken breasts into the milk and add the garlic cloves minced and the salt. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes (you can let it overnight but is not necessary)
Cover the chicken Milanese with flour. Make sure they are well coated.
Beat the eggs and add half of the black pepper. Dip the chicken in the eggs.
In a plate mix the breadcrumbs, the dry oregano and the rest of the black pepper. Cover the chicken breasts with this mixture and fry them until they are crispy and golden.
