Ingredients

  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tsp dry oregano
  • 1 tsp dry thyme
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley thinly cut
  • 1 small chili cut into tiny pieces
  • 15-20 baby mozzarella balls
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a glass jar toss all the ingredients and remove well. Store for at least 6 hours to get a stronger flavor.
  • Serve as an appetizer or as a part of a chess table.
