Overnight French Toast Casserole
A french toast casserole is a great idea to get a fancy-like breakfast that is made to feed a crowd. No-fuss, low amount of dishes to clean (basically a bowl and a casserole), and no time.

- 7- 10 slices of bread
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- Candied Pecans optional
- Honey optional
Cut the slices of bread into medium size cubes. Grease the casserole and place the bread.
In a bowl mix the milk, the eggs, the sugar, the vanilla, the cinnamon, and the salt. Mix well. Pour this mix over the bread and make sure that every piece is soaked. Cover the casserole with wrap film and take it to the fridge overnight.
Remove the wrap film and place some candied pecans on top of the french toast casserole. Take it to the oven for 30 minutes at 180ºC (350ºF). Drizzle some honey on top and serve.
