Pesto Salmón
There is nothing boring in this healthy pesto salmon. Fresh salmon filet, rick walnut pesto, and a delicious parmesan crust.

- 2 salmon fillets 200gr each
- 2 tbsp pesto
- 50 gr grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- White pepper
Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF)
In a baking tray place the salmon filets and season with salt and white pepper.
Cover with 1 tbsp of pesto each salmon filet. Top with grated parmesan cheese.
Take to the oven for 10 minutes.
Change to the grill mode of your oven and let it cook for 5 minutes until you get a golden and crispy crust.
