Pesto Salmón

There is nothing boring in this healthy pesto salmon. Fresh salmon filet, rick walnut pesto, and a delicious parmesan crust.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets 200gr each
  • 2 tbsp pesto
  • 50 gr grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • White pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF)
  • In a baking tray place the salmon filets and season with salt and white pepper.
  • Cover with 1 tbsp of pesto each salmon filet. Top with grated parmesan cheese.
  • Take to the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Change to the grill mode of your oven and let it cook for 5 minutes until you get a golden and crispy crust.
