Protein Chocolate Chips Mug Cake

Skinny protein mug cake with gooey chocolate chips. A fluffy and delicious mug cake that has 35 gr of protein. Also, I have a keto version that is just as good.

Equipment

  • 1 mircrowave resistant mug

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp powdered sweetener
  • 2 tbsp soy milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a mug (microwave resistant) add the oil, egg, vanilla extract and milk. Mix well.
  • Add in the vanilla protein powder. Combine well.
  • Slowly add the flour with the baking powder. Mix and make sure there are no clumps.
  • Add in the chocolate chips and take the mug cake to the microwave for 40 seconds. If the cake is not done add 20 more secs.
