Protein Chocolate Chips Mug Cake
Skinny protein mug cake with gooey chocolate chips. A fluffy and delicious mug cake that has 35 gr of protein. Also, I have a keto version that is just as good.

- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 2 tbsp powdered sweetener
- 2 tbsp soy milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
In a mug (microwave resistant) add the oil, egg, vanilla extract and milk. Mix well.
Add in the vanilla protein powder. Combine well.
Slowly add the flour with the baking powder. Mix and make sure there are no clumps.
Add in the chocolate chips and take the mug cake to the microwave for 40 seconds. If the cake is not done add 20 more secs.
