Spicy Shrimp Tacos

- 3 wheat tortilla or taco shells
- 250 gr peeled and deveined shrimps
- 1 avocado
- Jalapeños
- Mexican salsa
- Greens mix lettuce, cabbage, arugula
Shrimp marinate
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp salt
Green sauce
- 1 cup fresh coriander
- ½ cup fresh parsley
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- ½ small green bell pepper
- ½ small onion
- 1 tsp salt
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and let the shrimp marinate into the mix for at least 10 minutes.
Heat a big pan over medium heat. Cook the shrimps for 2 minutes each side. Until they are pink.
In a food processor mix all the ingredients for the green sauce and process until you get a sauce-like consistency.
Assemble the tacos. Fill in the wheat tortillas with the shrimps, the green sauce, some greens, avocado, Mexican salsa and jalapeños for extra spicy factor. Enjoy!
