Ingredients

  • 1 big green apple diced
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh spinach washed
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender. Blend on high speed for 5 minutes until you get a smooth result.
  • Strain half of the juice and mix with the other half. Serve.
