Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp self-raising flour
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate or Rainbow Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • Put the butter into the mug and take it to the microwave for 10 sec to melt it.
  • Add the sugar, the egg, the flour, the milk, and the vanilla. Mix well until you get a homogeneous batter. If you want to add some sprinkles.
  • Take to the microwave for 90 seconds or until the cake is completely done.
