Garlic Parmesan Wings (Oven Baked)
These oven-baked garlic parmesan wings are a must in my house while binging on Netflix series. They have crispy skin and a buttery sauce.

Keyword: garlic parmesan chicken wings
Servings: 15 chicken wings
- 10-15 chicken wings
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 6 garlic cloves
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp butter
Preheat the oven to 220ºC (430ºF)
In a Ziploc bag add the flour, the thyme, the salt, and black pepper. Mix it well.
Place the chicken wings in batches in the Ziploc bag and shake it to coat the wings with flour.
Place the chicken wings over a baking rack --- at the bottom place a baking rack to collect the grease and not make a mess in your oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes per side (40-45 min total).
In a pan over low heat melt the butter. Add the garlic cloves minced and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Then turn the stove off and add the cheese and let it melt with the residual heat.
Cover each wing with the sauce and let them dry in the rack. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
