Little Smokies Wrapped in Bacon

These bacon-wrapped little smokies are easy, quick and a crowd-pleaser. They are a hit in any party or social gathering. One of my favorites appetizer recipes. Only 4 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 20-30 little smokies
  • 10 bacon slices
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF)
  • Cut the bacon slices into three pieces. With the help of a toothpick wrap the little smokies (like in the pictures).
  • On a plate mix the sugar with the cayenne pepper. Coat the wrapped little smokies with the spicy sugar.
  • Take them to the oven for 10 minutes, flip them and bake them for 10 more minutes. Serve!
