Ingredients

  • 250 gr Broccolini
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF)
  • Clean the broccolini thoroughly.
  • In a bowl, mix the broccoli, grated parmesan, minced garlic, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Mix it with your hands to ensure that each broccolini is well-coated.
  • Take the broccolini to a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
