Sauteed mushrooms and onions

This is the easiest side dish that you will ever get. This recipe only requires a special mix of herbs and spices to get a buttery dish that everybody will love.

Ingredients

  • 100 gr mushrooms
  • 1 onion cut into slices
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp Italian season
  • Chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • In a big pan melt the butter.
  • Toss the mushrooms and the sliced onion. Add the Italian season, the sea salt and the chili flakes. Stir until the mushrooms are slightly brown and the onion is transparent.
  • Serve immediately.
