Sauteed mushrooms and onions
This is the easiest side dish that you will ever get. This recipe only requires a special mix of herbs and spices to get a buttery dish that everybody will love.

- 100 gr mushrooms
- 1 onion cut into slices
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp Italian season
- Chili flakes (optional)
In a big pan melt the butter.
Toss the mushrooms and the sliced onion. Add the Italian season, the sea salt and the chili flakes. Stir until the mushrooms are slightly brown and the onion is transparent.
Serve immediately.
