Nestled in the heart of the Pyrenees, the Veuve Clicquot Terrace at Grandvalira in Andorra is a luxurious alpine retreat that combines world-class champagne, breathtaking mountain views, and an atmosphere of pure indulgence.
Whether you’re a seasoned skier or simply seeking a chic après-ski experience, this terrace is a must-visit destination for anyone exploring Andorra’s winter wonderland.

Location & Ambiance
Perched at an altitude of 2,100 meters in the Grandvalira ski resort, the Veuve Clicquot Terrace offers panoramic views of snow-capped peaks and pristine slopes. The terrace is designed elegantly, featuring sleek wooden decor, cozy fur throws, and the iconic Veuve Clicquot yellow accents.
The ambiance is sophisticated and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes or simply soak in the alpine beauty.

The Experience
The star of the show is, of course, Veuve Clicquot champagne. The terrace offers a curated selection of their finest bubbly, from the classic Yellow Label to the rich and complex La Grande Dame. Each glass is served with the flair and precision you’d expect from a brand synonymous with luxury.
For those who don’t feel like committing to an entire bottle, they also offer 3/8 bottles of their famous Yellow Label—perfect for a quick toast or a shared moment without overindulging.

Pair your champagne with a selection of gourmet snacks. During my visit, I tried the fried eggplant burger, and it was an absolute standout—crispy, flavorful, and highly recommended, especially for vegetarians. The matured meat burger was equally impressive, offering a juicy and satisfying option for a quick snack.

For seafood lovers, the oysters were fresh, briny, and delightful, perfectly complementing the champagne.
To finish, I indulged in the chocolate truffles. While they were decent, I found them to be just okay—good but not amazing, especially considering the price. That said, they were a sweet way to round off the experience.
Après-Ski Vibes
The Veuve Clicquot Terrace isn’t just about champagne; it’s also a hub for music and socializing. The terrace often hosts live DJ sets and curated playlists that elevate the atmosphere, blending relaxation with a touch of festivity. It’s the ideal place to mingle with fellow skiers, celebrate a day on the slopes, or simply enjoy the moment with friends and family.
